Baptism 2025

One of the most important next steps you can take in your faith is baptism. At RidgePoint Church, we believe baptism is a public demonstration of our decision to become a disciple of Jesus. The full immersion of our bodies into the water and then raising them out is a physical representation of becoming new creatures in Christ. At the beginning of His ministry, Jesus was baptized by his cousin John the Baptizer. If Jesus took this important step, then we should too.

During the service where you are baptized, we read a statement you have written explaining why you have chosen the next step of baptism at RidgePoint Church. When you complete the registration to be baptized, you will receive an email explaining the statement you should write. It's your opportunity to share with people how Jesus has transformed you. Once you've registered, we'll also contact you to set up a date for your baptism.

On the day of your baptism, we encourage you to invite family, friends, and/or members of your RPC Group to join you in the service and around the portable baptistry. In addition, if you have someone special at RPC you'd like to perform the baptism, we encourage that as well.
